I hate this for his mom. The lady and so many other parents are victims. They don't know what the hell is going on. If someone offers you 80k for your son to get a free ride to school are you telling them no? If you well off maybe, but in so many cases getting life changing money throw at you. Now the NCAA has drug her son into a investigation just to look like they are policing something. It's trash. If you can look past the rivalry, you gotta wonder would Leo would even say all this crap was worth it. Should have just lied and kept it moving and not get involved.

Seems like a new mattress is all she needed. A good 5 minutes of that hint.

I still don’t get why the NCAA never bent MSU and LSU over in the 5 year “investigation”

Meh. Dipshit openly talked shite after he talked to the NCAA and was proud of being involved in "taking TSUN down". I hope he feels like a dumbass.

I don’t feel sorry for any of them at all. They know the rules. They know the potential consequences.

And Lying Leo can kiss my Rebel arse.

Can someone tell me if the RR lawsuit will proceed? If it does I imagine Merkel has his discovery roadmap from everything that supposedly came out at the COI meeting.

Also being banned since the first quarter of the Egg Bowl sucked. frick Tuscaloosa the babyback bitch RA’ed me and I couldn’t gloat about the victory, say shite about the Luke hire on the buttfricking we took from the NCAA.

They know the rules? Him and his mom are being offered life changing money the likes to which I'm sure they've never seen by three institutions who also know the rules. The truth is there are no rules in CFB. That is as long as you don't get caught. Could Leo have said I don't know anything? Maybe. But they already knew about the money he got from Mr. Green. I'm sure that was used as leverage to get him to talk.

I'm with Chase Parham on this one. I think OM will win it's appeal. I think the NCAA wanted to look tough and appear as if they were coming down hard. In reality they accepted our self imposed penalties and added a year they knew all along that we would appeal. It also allows for whoever wants to transfer to transfer with no issue. I think by the spring, the bowl ban for 2018 will be gone.

So do you think the NCAA sent a back channel to the Atheltic Dept to release anyone that requests to be regardless of class year?

I think the RR law suit should continue. I would like to see some of those emails between the SEC office, Dan Mullens and the NCAA. I believe they would be able to get those for the lawsuit. Considering that Mullen told Leo he was going to be interviewed 3 months prior to being interviewed. It would go a long way in proving that Leo lied about RR. I think enough communication could be found to show collusion between the NCAA, the SEC and Mullen.
When questioned in Indy about the money and how it was spent, Leo could only come up with 10 grand. I think Mullen talked him into saying he received 10 grand from Ole Miss also. Now state could find themselves with some issues for recruiting violations.

Now with Ole Miss biting the bullet, if the NCAA moves in and investigates state and they get hammered. Mullen will be all over the 2019 recruiting class in Mississippi. Hoping to steal some of the top talent.

Pretty damn convenient, huh?

I think so. Think about it. They accepted 13 scholarships. That ish don't go with 2 year bowl ban AT ALL! No way they could walk away from a 5 year deal with nothing. The penalties don't match. That's why everyone thought they meant 24 scholarships.

Mark Emmert hired Saban at LSU. They were caught fixing some grades while there too. They even had to pay a whistle blower employee. The fact that the NCAA would have even hired him to be mail boy would be questionable but as president?? That's a joke
