I like it. I guess anything would be an improvement. I posted mine in last weeks game thread the main thing I wanted to add was the attached hotel and retail space but I like the awnings on yours.

I’m fine with some sort of a low-rise high-end hotel but some of those shops make absolutely no sense and would go out of business.
I think the team shops and cocktails/beer to go would be a big hit on game days.

Yeah it looks like an outlet mall.

Nah. We need to keep the same capacity but HEAVILY renovate. Like tearing down each side one at a time and rebuilding making the acoustics keep the sound in the stadium a lot like the Seahawks do.

I think you’ve got the right idea.
-Tear down the upper portion on both sides.
- Maintain the same bowl shape and slope but just go vertical sooner.
-Make entire west side and all upper decks entirely seatbacks.
-Build the NEZ to be a beautiful front door that blends in and spills into campus and the grove.
-expand and beautify without adding 20k seats.
We have a unique opportunity to have arguably the most beautiful and iconic on campus tailgate x stadium combo in the country.
