I'm with you.

His draft stock is plummeting. Some already had concerns about his ability to finish plays, now this.
Most probably wouldn't agree, but I'm ready for the Nkemdiche family to be the names of former players.

I swear there has to be more to this. You don't fall 40 feet and be fine.

Yeah they should. It's against the NFL policy. If he smokes his head off in the NFL they've wasted a pick.

A 4th story floor was only 15 feet up and the police were called over that?

No he climbed a wall. Idiot who broke the news lied.

I'M SAYING IT SHOULDN'T BE AGAINST NFL POLICY

I disagree. Allowing weed in any kind of organization will have a negative effect. Weed should be legal but if an employer wants to test you for it, they should be allowed to because it affects performance.

And alcohol doesn't impact performance? Maybe employers ought to be able to dictate if you can have a couple beers during the weekend.

I own a few businesses, and as a business owner/boss, I have never drug tested anyone. Weed is weed. Performance is performance. They are entirely separate. If a worker does a great job, I don't care if she's stoned as a quarry all day at work. If a guy can't pull his weight, I don't care if he's ever had a beer in his life. He's gone.
I hire and fire people based 100% on performance. I don't care what they do in their personal lives.
Also, I owned an aircraft business 15 years ago. And I started drug testing the mechanics. And the FAA guy was like: "don't do that". And I obviously asked why. And he said: Because if you test a guy and he's positive, then you either have to fire him or pay for him to go into rehab. And if you take him back, and he screws up, then it's all in writing that you knew about his drug issues, and you kept him. But, if you never test, then you can honestly say you had no idea. Less liability that way.
And as screwed up as that sounds, it's actually correct.

But it is. So maybe they shouldn't be dumbasses and not break the law. Really not that difficult.

My point right here exactly. Well put

Whether it's spice or weed, do you let him play in the bowl game?
That is if he is capable and all.

His OM career is done barring an insane explanation that everyone buys.

Sucks to see these guys throw their lives away. It all started when Denzel converted to that weird religion

Not so sure he won't play in the Sugar Bowl. It's not as though he was blazing up while driving or ended up getting in a fight and beat down or anything.
