Surprised no one has posted this yet. I think it shows the true character of his stepfather.

This reeks of being vindictive....if he was looking for a pay day he wouldn't do it just prior to the draft where it may have negative finiacial implications. Also how can anyone take anything he states as being honest when it is obvious he holds a grudge.

How in the hell is Tunsil's mom still with this guy? Laremy can buy her a better man a week from now.

Dude is such a huge POS. What's funnier is the lawyer going along with it as well. The quoted parts of the complaint in the CL article are hilariously embellished.

The lawyer who drafted the complaint either has no idea what he's doing, or he wrote the complaint with the media in mind. A complaint is just supposed to be a short, plain statement of the claim and a demand for relief. Even if the case goes before a jury, the jury will never see the complaint (unless it gets admitted into evidence, and I can't imagine any reason why it would). So it's absolutely pointless to mention the stepdad's veteran status or the fact that Tunsil was an all-American. Including that irrelevant language was absolutely ridiculous. Stepdad and the lawyer are just hoping for a handout.

No one posted it because this has no effect on him. This will get thrown out of court so quickly.

Oh, and did you know? He's a disabled navy vet?

Miller's Lawyer Explains Timing

Keep in mind, statutes of limitations in MS for defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress are one year. So, I guess he has a point with the fact that he is running out of time, but that still hasn't stopped them from filing literally any time before now. Seriously, this is laughable. This lawyer is ruining his reputation over this.

In 1998, Matt earned his Bachelor or Science in industrial engineering from Mississippi State. After graduation, he joined the gubernatorial campaign for then-Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee. Following the campaign, he serviced as a regulator for the Arkansas Public Service Commission, inspecting natural gas lines throughout the state. After leaving sate government, Matt became a life insurance agent for New York Life and received his securities registration from the National Association of Securities Dealers, passing the Series 6 and 63 examinations on the first try and on the same day.

In 2000, Matt joined the staff of the Oral Roberts Evangelistic Association in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he served as a research analyst in the ministry’s partner communications department. While living in Oklahoma, Matt realized that in order to help people more efficiently, he needed to become an attorney. In 2003, Matt enrolled at Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia. In 2006, Matt received his Juris Doctor and was admitted to the Mississippi Bar later that year. In 2009, he was admitted to the Tennessee Bar, and in 2011 he became a registered patent attorney.

Areas of practice:
* Probate
* Estate Law
* Commercial Lititgation

Hmmm, first a lawyer that can not proof read their own bio then I question their ability to litigate my case.....additionally if the lawyer's area of practice don't correspond with the type of case you have, you probably should select a different attorney.
