We really needed Townsend to give us 4-5 quality innings today. Gonna be hard to win when we have to use our unreliable bullpen for 8 innings in the game.

Well looks like Nichols wouldn't have lasted long if he had started instead of Townsend. His command was also terrible. Tech can hit so I can understand giving up hits but giving free passes to the bottom of the order is inexcusable

We can use him again tonight or tomorrow. He didn't pitch enough to be sore I dont think.
