Maybe, maybe not. Sugar bowl is automatic tie in. This year, the cotton bowl is filled by the highest ranked non playoff / auto-tie-in teams. So it could be like Alabama and UGA in playoffs. Tennessee in Sugar. Us, ranked in top 12, seeded into cotton bowl.
