So apparently a dumbass in right field threw something into the UGA bullpen tonight and UGA coaches called sec office and they called ross and they kicked a huge group of students out of right field. If these arse holes can’t enjoy a baseball game without throwing rocks and they ruin one of the best aspects of Swayze I will rage. They let students pretty much do whatever they want, just don’t throw F*#%+ rocks idiots.

@chaseparham: Ross Bjork tells me the portion of the student section behind the bullpen was closed because students threw things at the players yesterday and today. No decision yet if it’s a one-game deal or not. #RebsBSB

Yep, that’s how you ruin the student section. They’re already lenient when it comes to rules out there. Keep to just chanting, and having a good time. I hope students don’t take it for granted what they have at our baseball games. Also hope nothing further comes of this.

Back to first place in the West

Chase made a good point... that will be the Ole Miss bullpen next year when the team switches sides following stadium additions.
I’m surprised it’s taken this long for some drunk douche nozzle to do something like that.

I really hope since Ole Miss is taking over that bullpen that they move the student section closer to the field as it's way too far away as it is now

How do y’all feel about this Miss State game in Pearl?
It’ll be a tough game, State seems to have found their balance and are swinging upward, and we know they’re capable of beating us, but personally I think our team will have a big chip on their shoulder from losing the 3 game series, and will be eager to make it even vs State on the season. Plus we gotta defend our undefeated mid week games on the season.

Oh, I know we will have a chip on our shoulder. Just not sure that equates to success in baseball the way it might in football. I really, really hope we are on our game though. Losing 3 of 4 to those turds would be rough with the team we have and all the other circumstances this season.

Its happened before, unfortunately. I remember Collins Moore throwing corn dog pieces into the bullpen when LSU was in town one year. Fortunately, LSU bullpen didn't make a big deal about it, and just threw the pieces away and nothing came of it.

Do y’all think it will be easy to walk up to the ballpark tonight and get 4 tickets together? Was only just gonna take my daughter which is 5, but I decided to ask my parents to come, since they never leave the house anymore, as they get a little older. If it won’t be easy, maybe someone here knows someone that would want to sell, or best place to look for best price.
And also at Trustmark, where all is general admission included? I’m thinking of getting M-Braves season tickets next year to catch a few of their games since it’s only a little under an hour from me, and to have them for when we play there.
And one last question since google has said two different things, are we on first base or third base side? Thanks again guys. First time going to Trustmark and hopefully someone here has some answers to help.

Order online if any are left, I heard from a friend who lives in the area that behind home base is sold out and the baselines are close.
General admission is the hill out in center I think, field level/dugout level/homeplate level/suites are the other options.
We'll be third base side, unless I'm misremembering the team that played on the road in the series is home for the game in Pearl.

Thanks for the reply. Fixing to check out a few sites and their box office I guess. If there’s no seats left for 4 together, can you take chairs for the hill in center or just blankets? I didn’t know if it was allowed or if to much of an incline for a chair. Just wondering since my parents being older, they would be miserable if they had to sit on the ground.
Thanks again. Hoping for a big W tonight. I think it would help a lot of the guys mentally to get this W. I know I could have checked the internet for all these questions, but I would rather have first hand accounts from you guys.

Ticketmaster is the site I always used and it has good prices, third party sites are a bit weird. I'd think you could maybe bring a chair to the berm but it'd be worth it to call the box office and ask, like with all stadiums they have prohibited items and idk if you can bring a chair or not

I love how when Ole Miss played a top 15 team in Pearl, it wasn't even available on SEC +. Now that we're playing an unranked OOC opponent in Pearl, it's on tNetwork and available to a national audience. And we'll probably lose because duh

Bet it has something to do with the tv contract stuff

Why the hell didn't we walk Mangum there? He won the series by himself earlier.

I'm just surprised he didn't homer it
