This dude quietly saved the face of our offense and played like a man on fire from the Bama game forward.

He finished 6th in the league in rushing yards (1011) and 3rd in YPC (6.52).

We are going to miss this man next season. None of his backups looked even close to his level in relief.

Thanks for a great season, Jordan. I hope an NFL team grabs you up and gives you a chance.

Hate that he always seemed to be overshadowed by the passing attack this season. He's a great running back and had a great season. Would definitely say he's the best running back we've had since Dexter, and its one of the best running backs we have had in the past 20 years.

Best of luck to him in the league. HYDR.

If he had not had so much issue with injuries early on and the offense had not been so pass happy at the beginning of the season, who knows where he could have finished.

Would love to see him as a free agent on the patriots

Top 2 rushers in the conference had almost 100 more attempts than he did.

At his YPC that would have been 600 more yards.

Obviously wouldn't have been that much more, but it would have been fun to see.

Jordan could have mailed it in after our stellar academic crew screwed him last year.

We've had Dexter, Jeff Scott and now Wilkens.

Didn't we get Wilkins from Auburn after Peyton Barber said he would sign with Auburn?

Sat right next to him in class. I was a senior and he was a freshman, it was in the big auditorium that was the old high school next too the band rooms. He was real quiet, but i could tell he had straight head on his shoulders, and he was focused. Always was in class at the same exact spot. I skipped that class over 10 times, and prolly would've failed, but because of Jordan Wilkins, I went. It was a creepy man crush, I kno haha, just a joke. But I also sat next to Donte Moncrief too, in another class. He was more talkative, and he's my frickin dude, but I've liked Jordan Wilkins and every Rebels football player I've known since, and always wished him the best. I thought he was awesome to watch and played with a lot of heart this year. He put it all out there and is true Ole Miss Rebel.

^^^ Cool story. Wilkins flat laid it on the line this season. He's not flashy or smooth looking but then you realize nobody is catching him and/or he's still on his feet. That time he smoked that State DB two seasons ago will forever be on my computer where I can check it out occasionally. I think every game over the last 6 weeks, he'd run, limp off the field, get that angle retaped and them come back out for an 8 yard gain. He will be missed much like an Evan Engram.
