We will challenge them still won't win though. Man losing Ken and Tony regressing was the death knell to our back end.

It's not the loss to FSU that's really getting me.. It's how shallow our defense is and with the loss of Webster that just blows. Some of those guys are going to have to get their shite together or seriously we may not win 8 games. Good night. Good week to all.

This is what really hurt in the 2nd half. At the outset, Ole Miss was the much better team by far IMO, but the weakened secondary was being exploited and this enabled them to control TOP. I truly hope Ole Miss can rebound from this.

Well it was known we'd have to win this year with offense. I actually was surprised with the defense. That DL is legit. They just were on the field too long.
Two observations:
1. Kelly has got to start taking the check down. There were several plays the RB was open but he took the more difficult throw.
2. We've GOT to run the ball more. Even if it isn't getting yards. You gotta keep teams honest. 10 rushing attempts with RBs is trash.

I didn't think there was a way for us to lose this game without getting blown out that would really bother me, but we wound a way.

This is not the Defenses fault. It all lies with the Offenses inability to stay on the field in the 2nd half. Kelly never checks down. And we couldn't get Walter Payton a crease to run through.

How about instead of down voting my post actually argue your point. Kelly needed to use his check down in the third quarter instead of going for the deep ball every time he threw.
