Three months is like 12 weeks.
Today is a big day for Clark. They'll run tests and see if there is any brain bleeds, which is very likely. Even if he does have some bleeds finding them and stopping it is what they need to do now.

9 months is roughly 36 weeks. 36-12 = 24
