Lots of coaches got extensions today across multiple sports.
Soccer, M/W Tennis, W Golf, Rifle, and Volleyball.....
I personally don't see how Kayla Banwarth got an extension. This was probably the worst season we've had in a while in volleyball (young team, I know)
Otherwise, Rifle and W golf definitely deserve it

Overall that's a fair point. I played club volleyball at Ole Miss so I definitely keep up with the scores though

Well let’s face it, if the volleyball team was better more people would watch. And those shorts don’t hurt.

You're right about that, but I thought Keith gave him an extension after the COVID season

My wife is a huge volleyball fan and keeps up with the team. We were arse this year, but a lot of that was a change in systems from McRoberts to Banwarth. She had a kid shortly after being hired, then the shutdown. Tough to get your people in the right spot there. Plus the Covid season for volleyball was more fricked up than any other sport.
I think the extension is more of a good will gesture to show that Keith understands how shitty the timing was. There's a few transfers, one coming from Florida, that should help next year.
