So this is a quote by Booster #14 given to Fancy Yancy:

quote:

I provided documentation to the NCAA before Leo's third interview that definitely proved I did not pay him $10k, as alleged. I provided the "sign in" sheet for motion day that has my name on it for Hinds County Court in downtown Jackson, Miss., for 10 a.m. that day. I was there until approximately noon whereby I provided a credit card receipt for a Chick-fil-A sandwich I bought for lunch near my office at approximately 1 p.m. I also provided a sworn affidavit from a lawyer who was co-counsel with me on the case that I was in court that morning stating we worked in my office on matters related to that case until approximately 4:30 p.m. This objective and direct evidence proves I did not pay Leo $10k in addition to the time frame issues Godfrey discussed in his article.

So remember he provided the documentation prior to the 3rd Interview with LL!

Now here are excerpts from Godfrey's recent article:

quote:

For the second meeting with NCAA officials, held on November 18 in Starkville, Lewis was joined by Brady and Sheridan, along with two lawyers representing Ole Miss, Mike Glazier and Henry Gimenez (via phone)..................Lewis detailed the meeting with Allen at the Hampton Inn for the $10,000, and said it definitely happened “in the noon.” Lewis told Sheridan that Allen had mentioned apprehension about Lewis signing with LSU or Mississippi State and that he believed Barney was in touch with Phyllis and Allen throughout his recruitment./quote]

So in the second meeting LL's timeline doesn't not match up with the no kidding physical documentation Booster #14 provided the NCAA before the 3rd interview.....strange huh?

[quote]On December 13 Lewis was asked to interview with the NCAA — again under immunity — a third and final time on the Ole Miss case.........Sheridan returns for a final time to the meeting with Allen on Feb. 3, 2015, asking Lewis to place the time he received the money. Despite previously describing it as “in the noon,” Lewis told Sheridan it was between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. that night. That creates a problem for Sheridan, as the investigator mentions the “life of your daughter” text from Allen had arrived at 4:04 p.m. that day. Since it seemed unlikely to Sheridan that Allen wouldn’t have sent Lewis an incredulous message before paying him, Lewis was asked to walk through the timeline again and told Sheridan “it was definitely, definitely daylight outside.” , “Anywhere from 4:00 till later, no later than 6:00 I know,” Lewis said. Brady, Lewis and Sheridan then discussed when the sun sets in Mississippi in February, concluding that it set around 5:15pm. “It was for certain daylight outside,” Lewis said again.

So anyone else put together that in the 3rd interview suddenly LL's testimony changed to a timeline that Booster #14 can not account for his time? I wonder how LL knew he needed to change his timeline? Also anyone who lives in Jackson knows that you would be hard pressed to get from Ridgeland to Brookhaven at that time of the day by 6PM....but it was still daylight and sun set is at 5:15PM.

Lying Leo's account highlights the difference between daylight and darkness.

Here's what Chuck said the other night. Lying Leo told Sheridan that Booster 14 gave him $50,000 cash. Sheridan confronted B-14. B-14 immediately said that if the statement is true, B-14 would be sending Lying Leo a IRS 1099 form for gifts so LL would have to pay federal and state taxes.

Sheridan went back to LL. LL changed his story and said he only received $13,000 cash (which is under the IRS gift tax threshold)

I did gather that the quote is from B14 and not Yancy himself, but I'm not sure it matters too much. We know the NCAA is corrupt, and we know it wants to nail us to a wall. Exposing their corruption and questionable methods may help in the court of public opinion, but I'm not sure it really helps as fall as football court is concerned

If Leo refuses to show up at the hearing, it could get really interesting.

At this point though, I'm not sure how all this doesn't end up in court

B-14 is apparently a damn good attorney.

He will sue the university/ncaa for being banned from ole miss football (and other sports) if he is not given DUE PROCESS.

a public body (ole miss) can not take away a citizen's rights without this magical constitutional amendment.

Same goes for Rebal Rags.
