Discovery is not proceeding because of the Chief Justice of the Mississippi Supreme Court - Bill Waller - a huge Mississippi State supported.
He wants Leo to be deposed only after he plays against Ole Miss this fall. Maybe Leo will have more than one tackle? That is a lapse of 13 months in the case to make an easy decision.
Bill, age 60, is about 5'4", 132.5 pounds, and is seen frequently following the ladies at the Kroger Store in Jackson. He pushes a basket while oogling the ladies, his tongue drooling on the linoleum.
Wish he would swallow a bloody tampax.

'Lil billy tried to frick us, but the others on the Supreme Court held him down and B/F him.
One of the clerks for the court has been keeping everyone apprised of the shite that Waller has tried to pull to shite-can Ole Miss in the NCAA allegations.
State is screwed now.
Discovery shall proceed.
