The fact he's a starter and he's leaving to sit at Auburn a year makes me want to punch him square in the junk.

Plus now he knows some of our new systems makes even worse. Freeze should block him from SECw or SECe schools that we play vs next 2 years.

Agreed. Yea, it would be nice of freeze and nice for Austin but the fact is he is leaving us in a bad situation. If he can't go to auburn, assuming that is where he wants to go, then he will have more incentive to stay.

We never know these kids true situations but I sure don't like all this transferring shite. I know it is just what goes on now but I think it should be a 4/5 year commitment both ways, but nobody is asking me

What i dont like is Freeze thinking about giving full release to join another SEC TEAM!! That is just DUMB.. He goes about changing systems cause of ex coaches etc.. Now a kid that has been thru spring says i want go home and play for Auburn etc.. Sounds very fishy!!

Pretty sure his grandparents raised him a lot. To put it nicely, Golson came from humble beginnings and was probably the gluethat held shite together over there.

If it's a good reason, such as terminally ill parents or siblings, let him go to Auburn or Alabama.

He may be close with his grandparents, but, unless they actually raised him, releasing him to Alabama or Auburn is not a smart move. Auburn is almost the exact same distance from Prattville than it is to Troy.

If he is actually being pissed because Tunsil is an all-American and getting all the praise and that hasn't lit a fire under his arse, let him enjoy JUCO for a year.

If that's true and they're sick, let the kid go to Auburn. I see no problem with that.

UAB and Troy are a whole 7 minutes farther from Prattville than Auburn is. Alabama is an extra 20 minutes farther from Prattville. If it's just about being close then there's still not a good reason to send him to one of the SEC schools.

You see no problem with a kid that has been thru a new system going into another SEC School!! Omfg people we are never going win big if we let crap like this happens.. You don't see Nick giving full release to kids that are homesick to join another SEC SCHOOL!

Prattville to Birmingham, per Google, is approximately a one hour and fifteen minute drive. Prattville to Troy, also per Google, is approximately a one hour and six minute drive.

Prattville to Auburn is approximately a one hour and three minute drive.

The more I think about it, releasing him to Auburn when there are two non-SEC, FBS programs equidistant to Prattville is fricking idiotic.

If Morris is healthy, he has the frame of a tackle. He will need to lose some weight. Aaron Morris I mean.
