Ok so this was the JUCO guy?
Makes sense, then. He would be behind Conyers next year after Swindall graduates.
We really need to get another Center in this class now.

Next year we will have a two RS sophomore centers. We don't need one in this class, maybe next.

I was high on Austin Douglas. The battle was for next year anyway. I'm not sure why he would leave unless those DL were just givin it to him and he realized the SEC was not where he needed to be...

I think it had more to do with Conyers. The battle is for next year and i'm sure, until recently, he thought next year the job would be his. Conyers doing well and moving ahead of him already means he lost the job next year unless something happens. He's a JUCO guy with 2 years left I think, why waste this year waiting and next year sitting behind a RS sophmore.
I wish him well and hope he succeeds wherever he goes. He had gotten good reviews from everything i read.
I think its a great sign though. If Conyers is really progressing like he must be, thats great news IMO..
