I have faith we will land Little.
It's an honor to pass through admissions and qualify at Stanford, but his whole family has been coming to Oxford and games for years. ( reminder brother is a student and fan, sister works in recruiting dept. for football)The whole family can be here and come back for his playing days. He plays his recruiting tight and doesn't say more than he is asked, his mom seems to love /cheer for the Rebs.

Also keep in mind Stanford will land the 1 OT Foster Sarell (at the opening it was clear where he wanted to go, i thought he committed but 247 doesnt show it) in the nation on 247. So they would be competing for LT all there years together at Stanford, someone would be going to RT if they beat out older lineman.
Here for this class he would be the unquestioned LT to anchor when his time arose.

Chuck filaga is another target at OT who may take an official visit here,

Wha da fuq? D'Hayes is our plan B? I love it but hate it all at the same time. So confused

I don't think we need a plan B JUCO OT. I would rather a 4 year player that needs time then a JUCO player for the 17 season. We will have Little and Givens coming back with a lot of experience. Matthews will either play some this year or redshirt to be a solid #3 next year. Then we have Howard who is sitting at 282 now would just need at least 15lbs to be a contributor and hopefully Newmen can add the need weight as well. That's 5 players at OT sophomore or younger. In that situation if we miss out on our big 2 look at a plan B high school player over JUCO.

But if Newman and Howard still have weight issues with Mattews still not ready to go and Givens not delivering like it is expected then forget everything I said.

I stand by that the fact we take these guys now means the coaches believe in them. If this was late Jan I would be worried.

That's 4 CBs I'm guessing that is all we take.

Seems like a hyperathletic dude who's still a little raw and is flew under the radar. Love the speed. Will he have two to play two after this season or what?

I never judge who we take at this time of the year. I've seen us in the past get several lower ranked recruits who get bumped up to 4 star status only to decommit later on.

Thing is you can't teach REAL 4.3 speed with that size. Curious if he will be a January guy. Would be great to get him in the weight room and put some more weight on his frame.

Not entirely relevant to 2017, but relevant to recruiting on the whole: Lance Pogue is stepping down at USP after this season is over

when we were recruiting him and CeCe Jefferson out of HS as our 2 DE and told him we wanted them to be our Bookends for the Future of the DLine.
He ended up committed to Louisville. But glad we got him back weve been on him for many years.

I take no issue with us taking Bonner again. I immediately started thinking of CeCe Jefferson's recruitment as soon as news broke that Bonner committed too haha

Can't say our staff hasn't been recruiting to our needs... Locked down several quality prospects at these positions over the last few months.

I agree. This was some great guys. Tim will grow in to a SDE, Clemons will be a WDE pass rushing freak and Jay could be another WDE or work in MLB if Dukes or Willie isn't ready. These are 3 4.5 guys that are around 230 to 240. Plus 2 have 3 years to play which is awesome.

CBs are athletic freaks with 4.4 being the the slowest. Harris and Hamilton will fill a huge need contributing next year.

Bonner runs a 4.5 at 240 lbs. I will take that if I'm mining diamonds.
