St. Stan produced a Heisman winner back in the day, "Mr. Inside" himself, Doc Blanchard. Won it while at West Point during their dominant WWII era. Pretty sure his trophy is on display at St. Stan. Regardless, coach is a giant tool bag it would seem.

Heard an interview with Kongbo. Said the biggest factor in him choosing UT was cost of attendance stipend and that Freeze was by far his favorite coach, but we werent even second in his recruitment.

I'd like to see him run the ball. I wonder how fast he is?

Getting Coatney would be HUGE! Willie and Josh obviously would be some solid adds for the future at LB!

Also have Anthony Payne in town this weekend. Kid seems like a legit athletic DL....just a tad on short side.

Per Yancy, this is who all we have this weekend, though some could end up coming next weekend instead.

quote:

Here is the complete list of visitors we have confirmed that will be in town Saturday to watch Ole Miss practice.
QB Tristan Gebbia
QB Allen Walters (Rising Junior)
Ath Trevor Gear
WR D.D. Bowie (could end up visiting 4/8 weekend instead)
WR Tyrese Fryfogle
DT Josiah Coatney (official visit)
DE LaTrell Bumphis
OLB Willie Gay
MLB Jacob Phillips
MLB Josh Clarke
MLB Rommel Mageo (signed/official visit)
CB Yusaf Corker (could end up visiting 4/8 weekend instead)
CB Tyler Williams (could end up visiting 4/8 weekend instead)
S D.Q. Thomas (could end up visiting 4/8 weekend instead)

I want Tyrese Fryfogle for the name alone. If the kid can ball, more power to him.

I was looking to see if Tyrese Fryfogle was Trey's son, which it looks like he is.

I had forgotten Trey got kicked off the team

Wasn't it for weed or something else that Cut didn't put up with because of his old skool ways? Those awful, awful horizontal stripes on the sleeves, the shadowed numbers, the horror...

Silver pants, three stripes on the pants, the terrible horizontal stripes and shadowing making us look like a middle school team, and the away fruit loops jersey. Turrible.
