I wish people would stop quoting that dumb zass site. Who cares. Leave that Elite Dawgs crap where it is. It amazes me how many Rebel fans visit that site. No one cares what that psycho fan base is doing.

Meh. It's entertainment to an extent. I don't get worked up about it. And frankly, some of it is just simply too hard to ignore.

Why? This is the recruiting board. I understand going into other topics but people act surprised at what they read from that site. I just don't get it. No one is posting the garbage the Spirit fanatics post.

It's hilarious. Nothing to get worked up over.

I'm not mad, its just ridiculous to continue downing that site yet continue visiting it and posting it here. Who cares what MSU fans think.

I appreciate that Coach Luje, on principle, refuses to acknowledge the whackadoodles

It's pretty damn funny to read their conspiracy theories about us.
Posted on 1/14/16 at 10:51 am to Doresrules
It's just because they are our rival, which is even more of a reason to be interested in what they are saying, but if okie lite says something on their board negative about OM that is ridiculous and funny, it gets posted here. Same for Ohio state, Florida state fans etc. if someone says something stupid and funny about OM it gets posted on the boards. It's just ED fatigue because they something crazy funny every day. What's wrong with laughing at what others say about you

Tons of CB's for this Royce Newman guy. What do you guys know about him?

Project. Hope he contributes year 3. Think he's mizzou's best lineman commit. So tell me what y'all think about mykel jones. He's the #18 receiver. Looks like a true slot receiver to me... Possibly another Pack?

Saw this link on the Bama board recruiting thread. Mentions a few names that we've been discussing:

quote:
Rashan Gary, five-star, Paramus, N.J.
Where things stand: Alabama seems like it’s on the outside looking in when it comes to its chances of landing the nation’s No. 1 player. He has not scheduled an official visit to Alabama at this time, though the Crimson Tide are fighting for his final one. Right now, consider Michigan the favorite to land Gary.
Jeffery Simmons, four-star, Macon, Miss.
Where things stand: Simmons is down to a final four of Alabama, Ole Miss, Mississippi State and Tennessee. He’ll visit Alabama on Jan. 22. If I had to guess, I think Simmons ends up signing with Alabama. There’s potential to get significant playing time on the defensive line next season, and Simmons is intrigued by that. The Crimson Tide have made Simmons a major priority. The day after the national championship, he received a phone call from Nick Saban.
Mique Juarez, five-star, Torrance, Calif.
Where things stand: Juarez recently narrowed down his list to Ole Miss and UCLA, but he did tell us that his official visit to Alabama on Jan. 22 could shake things up.
Shyheim Carter, four-star, Kentwood, La.
Where things stand: Carter was once committed to Alabama, and it was looking like he was leaning toward Georgia or Ole Miss, but that changed when Pruitt got on board. Carter has told SEC Country that he considers Pruitt to be one of the best men around. It would not be surprising if he ended up back with the Tide.
Nigel Knott, four-star, Madison, Miss.
Where things stand: Alabama is expected to host Knott on an official visit, but he has not set any dates as of now. The Crimson Tide are believed to be the favorites to land Knott when he makes his commitment.

He and pack are two completely different recievers... It's been posted that he runs a sub 4 shuttle, which is very quick... So in that regard and seeing that he is only 6'0 (I love how we recruit big WR) I'd say he is a slot guy for us
He will let Van show him what to do... That dude is about to be a nightmare in the slot... I just wish we could've landed Tyrie because the slot was made for guys like him

Hey if he can be a solid SEC contributor as a redshirt sophomore that's a win.

I don't think he is a project in sense of normal OL. I think he is EXACTLY what we should be trending to...and that is a Tall lean mobile OL that can move in space...this guy is sub 5.0 40 guy that can move. It's a whole lot easier to put mass on this guy than to remove fat and put muscle on big huge guys. This is the type of OL I think we will see more and more of from Freeze.
