This upcoming season seems like the most important Rebel season in quite some time. The recruiting class should be good no matter what, but an impressive season will take that class from good to great. An impressive win in a national bowl game while all the recruits are watching at the Under Armor/Army games will help Patterson/Metcalf/Johnson recruit.

I think this year is the year to legitimize what we've been working on. Hugh has improved his win total every year. If he does that again this year then I think we will take the next step as a program and be a legitimate contender for years to come. This is why Robert, laremy, tony, and Quon came here. Crazy to think this is their last year wearing the rebel jersey. But anyway back on point. With the talent we have this year and potential talent to bring in next year will only solidify us as a major competitor. Nut cutting time

That's exsctly how I felt. His pad level was a high IMO, but he was straight trucking people.

I think Ole Miss has a really good shot at White if he's that dead set on playing running back. He should follow the money and be a linebacker, given linebackers are more sought after in the NFL these days.
Les and Nick will tell him everything he wants to hear about being a running back, but let's not kid ourselves. Both coaches want him at linebacker. Nick Saban is the same guy who wanted Fournette to be a linebacker
I think this will go down to signing day. For the longest time, LSU was expecting him to commit. Then the rumors floated around that Alabama was his favorite. Now he's going to have Shea Patterson try and be his best bud while making the case for Ole Miss
