I've had the same girlfriend for several years and the whole thing just kinda snuck up on me.
There was a thread on the OT recently asking people's experience with dating sites. I fully expected to click on it and see a bunch of insults and degrading each other, but no it was legit discussion with a lot of people involved.
It's like I woke up one day recently and using dating sites isn't desperate anymore, and being gay is the most noble thing you can do.

I don't see why not especially for post grads. I don't use dating websites or anything but I know people that have and several of them are in long term relationships or married.

Yeah that's my point, sometime over the last few years the perception of dating sites has changed.

I would consider it a little desperate if you are still in school. If you have just moved to a new town where you don't know anybody outside of your job I can definitely see the pros. I probably would of used one in Jackson had I not moved down here with a gf.

When I moved to Atlanta I only knew one person, so I pretty much had to use dating sites.
If you are decent looking and don't send creepy messages it's very easy to get dates on those sites.

Hopefully, I will never have to use one(not because I look down on it). I used to laugh at people, but now that I'm in the real world, I can definitely see why people do. Been down here for six months and I stay busy with work.

Yeah it's really no different than meeting a girl at a bar that you find attractive and getting her number and texting her the next day or something. At least tinder is like that.

No I cannot. I can only see who RA's on this board. I just know the poster who RA'd her also RA's the Arkansas board and down votes everything. Somebody does it on the Bama board too.
