Evans feels really underrated to me. Obviously I'm biased but the dude balled out all year is a mid to low 3*
I mean I realize he's small but damn.

We'll forever remember the ones that got away a.k.a. the ones that Auburn always steals at the midnight hour

Victor Evans may end up being like Evan Ingram for the Rebels.
Evan Ingram was too small to block for the power running game and not fast enough to play wide receiver.
Place him in Coach Freeze's offense and he's the catalyst that makes for the miss matches for the defenses.
Victor may end up being a ball hawk, one of those players that instinctively knows where to go to make a play. He's too small to play in most defenses as an end and doesn't show the ability to play a linebacker position. He isn't going to be impressive at practice doing the normal drills, but put him on the field and all he does is make plays.
He will be well worth his scholarship. All he does is make plays, we need a defensive play maker on the d-line.

Is the poster on your 24/7 site, Ken Miller, reliable or credible?
Posted on 12/27/13 at 3:12 pm to memphisplaya
Well first what's he saying?
Posted on 12/27/13 at 3:21 pm to memphisplaya
I don't believe so. He posts some pretty crazy shite

He seems like a new poster. He is 3/3 this month though for what it's worth, but I think it's a little too early to call one way or the other.
ETA:
Yeah some of the stuff he posts is pretty bad

Well I didn't want to release pay site info. I don't know if your site is free like LSU's is right now.
I really just wanted to know if him saying LSU left a bad taste taste with Hootie had any credibility. From what I've seen from 3 different sides, it seems like it's Vice versa

I heard he doesn't want to go either LSU or Alabama for varying reasons for each

Just gotta let the dust settle. I think he's going to delay EE. He can't visit Ole miss. He can't talk to coaches outside of the two schools he signed papers with, so I think it's in his best interest to sit down a little longer and figure things out. I've felt since March that he wasn't a safety at the next level. He is currently 6'2 220 without ever being on a CFB S&C program. IMO He's a OLB. I'm not ready to pick who he chooses, but it's probably in his best interest to just delay it a few weeks.

I've heard differently. I heard there is time for him to visit before school starts. Ole Miss could I assume try and get a waiver as well if that were not the case.
I think classes don't begin until the 22nd and the dead period ends like the 15th or something like that. So technically if his mind was "made up" Ole Miss could get him in on a visit.

Recruits can contact coaches during the dead period right? Coaches just can't contact recruits. So he could call our coaches and talk to them.

The longer you wait though the more time you give LSU to convince our incoming Defenders that they still have a spot regardless of if Hootie jumps on board or not. What's going unsaid is what LSU fans have known for 2 years, and why OSU was never going to happen. Hootie is a Mama's boy.
