Also interesting in this deal is the fact that Leslie, the LSU commit, tweeted a few days ago that Leslie, Mireles, and Witchett, all Hinds players, would be playing together in the future in a three player deal.

Wonder how much they cost per season?

Witchett was fast and he's a good prospect, but he carries some baggage with him.

What baggage would that be?

He nearly had his scholarship at UGA pulled his senior year of HS after he was kicked off his football team (though he was later re-instated) for an "incident" rumored to be a verbal and/or physical altercation with a staff member at Washington High. There was also an undisclosed incident in November which led to his scholarship from UGA being pulled. There are some pretty serious character concerns, but the kid could have straightened them out in JUCO.

If you're eskimo brothers with Bruce Willis do you put that on your resume? I'm thinking yes

That's the only thing you put on a resume.

The fact that Freeze can offer early PT will really help yall's class

I think this hurts a team more than does good. Ok they start next year. No redshirts. Then what does he promise the next group? When will he start a redshirt program? This is the only way one can develop depth.

Mullins has been critized for not winning more, but his redshirt program is in place now and State is 3-4 deep. Stars don't have to play 50 plays a game now. It can be dropped to 30-35 so they can stay fresh and finish the game the 4th quarter like LSU, Bama and the other redshirt programs.

Is Freeze really doing the right thing to let these players play early even though they are not ready for the SEC from HS?
