Reminds me of Tra Mason going to Auburn because they were "winning" at the time. I hope he gets over there and realizes it was the biggest mistake of his life. Just because there is more winning tradition there, doesn't mean it will always be there.

He's from Florida and one of his HS coaches are on UF's coaching staff. Their "success" didnt have as much to do with it as you think. We backed off guys. This is a good thing. Calm down

Jarran Reed. Best DL on their team. Still possible we take Hooks from NWCC. Reed has 4 years to play 3. He's bigger and faster than Cummings. He also starts over him. Hooks was named JUCO defensive player of the year. Both Hooks and Reed made all state. Cummings didnt. We went after Cummings hard because Reed was committed to UNC and we had an inside track with Cummings (roommate snoop). Once Reed decommitted from UNC and we learned he was interested in us we backed off Cummings, not completely, but it was aware what our coaches wanted to happen. Stage 1 is complete. If we had room to take both we Reed and Cummings, we would. To not sound like such a sunshine pumper we are down on Reed because he is a May grad. We really wanted a DT to come in in the spring so they will he ready to start in Sept. In the short run this may be a small blow, but if we land Reed, in the long run we are much better off

not that it matters but I believe hooks is from NEMCC. I'd like to get Reed because of the 4 to play 3
