Denmark or Norway. Easy peasy. Good economies, most everyone there speaks English, and they love their booze.

Maybe Germany, Austria, Slovenia, or Greece, where 70ish% speak English.
Odd that they aren't even included in the peripheral areas (like East Asia, Northern Europe, Northern Latin America)

Antarctica. Under the ice in one of those huge oasis areas that are heated via volcanic vents. Apparently there's like rivers and lakes and vegetation down there and shite.

I have some family that fought those frickers over in Europe (passed away now), and the way I hear it the Nazis were pretty tough. And mean.

I'm not so distantly related to a Luftwaffe ace with over 50 victories on the Western Front. He passed away recently but he was a good person. Became a lawyer after the war. Reentered the Air Force when it started back up.

This is a tough one.
Id lean toward Europe, perhaps Italy. But then, I don't want to live under an entity that is so controlling as to regulate what kinda toaster I can have, so I might just go Japan.
People have a sense of honor, play some of our sports, etc. No entity like EU ruling them.
