I had a Crimsonette in one of my organic classes when I was a sophomore. She was so damn cute. Looked better without all the makeup and gettup on.

), but there really isn't a black culture as a whole. My mom's family is from the Midwest/northeast and my dad's family is from TX and they act very differently. It's fascinating tho, I will definitely grant you that!

It is regional culture just like any other race. For example, white culture in the south is way different than white culture in New York.
Black culture in the delta is different than black culture where you're from.
I personally love the older black culture, such as blues music for one example. It blows my mind how it has changed from such a great music to the shite that is hip hop these days. The cultures and values as a whole have really declined in the past 30 years, but the same could be said for every culture in America. Today's popular music, styles, tv shows, etc are really despicable.

I think you need to put down the meth and look again. Crimsonettes are some of the hottest woment in the entire fricking SEC. Hell at the BCSCG they were on the jumbo tron almost as much as the teams were. The ugliest girl on that squad is better than anything that Missouri will put out. Ever.

I don't think it does, but it does have a large influence on the black culture. My point was, the quality of music produced by black artists these days has greatly declined and the lyrical topics have changed completely.
The early hip hop was pretty good but it has changed completely to drugs and violence. There is a huge difference in "ghetto culture" and "black culture". Black culture is one of the most unique cultures out there. Ghetto culture is just trash and needs to be done away with

If only more people thought like you did. People nowadays-both black and white- think that not only is Ghetto Culture black Culture, they think it's the new norm. I can't tell you how many time through high school I would hear "OMG you talk so white! It's like you aren't even black!" Of course they meant no harm, and when I was in high school, I didn't mind. But now, I get a little offended because it's denying who I am, if you understand what I'm trying to say. I don't like to put my self in a category. I just try to be me, which is different from the stereotypical black persona. That doesn't mean I try to shy away from my race, but I don't let it define who I am. I can't. Not at this school.
