Heck no. And the levees are too wet to get the feed trucks to them. He might be seining some fish or waiting on a feed truck for his silo. But he aint doing any real work.
I mean, as a fish farmer he doesn't do any honest work on a good day. Snowy, cold, wet Friday in January? Forget it.
