I don't know about the buildings being built for it but the schist bedrock that those buildings are built on is some of the best in the world.

Decatur is in eastern Tennessee. That's along way from New Madrid and that fault system.

Well the internet told me that Tennessee was one of the states associated with the New Madrid Fault, but I didn't know where Decatur, TN is. I am familiar with Decatur, IL (shithole)
