The NFL doesn't give anyone the benefit of doubt. There's a difference between a failed and diluted drug sample, the NFL just groups them together because they don't believe in coincidence. Most employers, including the federal government (DOT) consider a diluted sample as failed. Could you please explain that to them.

I would put Fayetteville up there in the safest too. There is really only 1 street in Fayetteville I wouldn't want to be on after dark and it's not even that bad. I've walked down it to get pizza at 2am before

Could you explain that to the feds, NFL, and most employers. They give the tests and they say what constitutes what is pass or fail and they disagree with you.
