Mine will be the same as always
No Coca Cola or that type beverages and no fast food.

I feel bad for my students until Easter.

Going with booze. Finished out my stash last night, and going to a Fat Tuesday party tonight.

I did that last year. It's easy once you get past the first week or so. Ended up giving up soda entirely afterwards. Haven't had a soda in over a year, other than a fountain Dr. Pepper one morning when I was really hungover.

Yes it’s usually easy for me as well. But my students this year are so immature it’s insane so Coke has been my daily headache relief.

I'm swearing off broccoli for Lent this year. I hate the crap so it should be fairly easy to pull this off. Last year it was watching reality TV.

Y'all really should take the low hanging fruit on this you know.

Reality TV?! Oh no, how will you ever know what the Kardashians are doing every second of the day??

It was a living hell I assure you. But I pulled it off somehow! Next year I am going to give up being mauled by a shark for Lent.

Instead of giving things up, I try and do extra. Whether it be some sort of donation to charity, community service or just being a better person in general. I find it much more rewarding than just giving something up.

I give blood every year during lent.

This year, I'm also focusing on eating healthier portions and daily exercise. My metabolism isn't what it used to be.
