re: What did you have for Thanksgiving?

A smoked turkey that was out of this world. Rosemary and cranberry. Done on one of them fancy smokers.

A big, sweet ham.

We always do two types of stuffing, one traditional, and one Cajun.

Deviled eggs (I eat a dozen of those damn things in each sitting)

Green bean casserole

Olives (these are very important)

And the rest was the regular bullshite that you sorta pick over between the good stuff.

Oh, had a pecan pumpkin vegan pie. It wasn't bad. Of course, had the regular stuff too, but I was impressed with the vegan recipe.

I normally do a gumbo too because it's my favorite food in the world, but I didn't do the cooking this year and apparently nobody else does gumbo for thanksgiving, which is fricking dumb

Oh, you gotta have a nice salad too. Not sure what that one was. It had nuts and cranberries on it.
