I’m tempted on the BGE, but not sold. Propane is so easy. When I add on next year, natural gas lines are going in. Why bother with a BGE?

Because it's not just a grill. You can grill, smoke, bake, cold smoke with some modifications, etc. There's a learning curve with them, but they're well worth it.

Sirloin was good.

Here's my tip of the day: I go to Sams Club early in the morning, they open here at 7am, I go around 7:30. They have their meat they have to sell that day marked down, so I buy 2-3 items each day. Save about $30 every time, and it's good stuff.

I have the BGE knock off sold at Sams. Bought it in the fall when it was on clearance for $399. Love that thing.

Charcoal takes longer than propane, but it tastes so much better.

Edit to add: I'm a grill junkie, have a Weber propane that I used 3 times a week, my smoker that I use maybe twice, then I have a Pellet smoker and another weber still in the box.

Charcoal whips the shite out of propane. I love my Weber kettle grill. The coals heating is great for a cigar and some drinks

I didn’t know there was a correlation. frick.

Weber charcoal is the best I’ve used, but my cheap propane is so easy. I can’t justify spending $1,000 on a charcoal grill.

Picked up some Afghani Kush (Indica/InDaCouch) from Magnolia Road last night testing at 26% THC.

Pineapple Soda at the moment.

cooking

Earlier I cooked a Salmon Filet with a mix of few different random seasonings and lemon Pepper, with rice, and parogies, on the side.

Refer to answer #3 as I ate that, but I do have an icing stuffed double chocolate chip cookie awaiting me, after this bowl and a lil more pineapple soda.

It was around 92 with high humidity. Supposed to rain the rest of the week though. Glad I got the walk in.
