Many here won't know what the hell you're talking about. And truthfully it has been 30 years since this rule applied to me. But it's a good one.

How would there be a runner on second if the pitcher has a no-hitter going?
A walk followed by a steal, or he could've reached 2nd on errors

Who said no-hitter? That was just addition to the unspoken baseball rules.
Also, best player gets thumped, your best player gets thumped next AB. Word.
Show up the ump, you better swing at the next pitch.

Really? Just think through your mind when see someone on the other side of a bar you know...dont you knod up like over here or hey whats up? And then when you pass a stranger on the street you give him the down knod to acknowledge him or her?

when the entrance and exit is the same doorway, people exit first then the others enter.
it seems that one is forgotten a lot but it's how it should be. i can't stand when enterer's enter when exiters are trying to exit.

The more I think about it, I nod up almost every time, regardless of whether it's a friend or stranger. It's the speed of the nod that changes. The better I know them, the slower the nod.

Learned a new one today:
Do not eat boiled eggs and drink Miller Lites while on a regimen of Augmentin (antibiotics). Makes for a very explosive situation.
