He's got a point. The viewer has known Pam longer and has been rooting for them to get together. That doesn't mean Pam was really the "right" choice for Jim.

Heroes
True Blood
Lesson: more superpowers/supernatural beings doesn't equal better.

Rashida would not have lost her shite about the Philly stuff.

who defines what the right choice is tho?

It's just my opinion. If Jim was my friend I would have told him to stick with Rashida.

Honestly Jim was probably a little racist. OM grad AMIRITE?

You are definitely in the vast minority. I wanted to cut somebody.

It's up to the individual viewer. There's no real right or wrong.

what did you not like about it?

I think the writers took the easy way out. They had too many unexplained story lines to tie up at the end so they took the easy way out in explaining all of them.

Like what specifically? I've never been able to have a discussion with anyone about the finale

Like the whole island set up like a research facility and some of them traveling back in time. It just didn't tie in with the story. Even the writers admitted that they didn't know where the story was going while writing it. They could have just as easily said they were all marooned on another plant far far away in some distant galaxy and ended up with the same end all be all result.

i really think that people's opinions on this vary due to why the loved the show.
i like character studies and it was a character driven show. People who wanted answers (my wife included) wanted answers and plot. after talking to a lot of my friends about their opinion of the finale i noticed a common trend.
people who liked the finale were the type of people that were ok with an "unhappy ending"
just a good example: Gone Baby Gone. i loved it. my wife hated it. my friends lined up similarly on Lost

Weeds. It started off really good then got stupid in season 4.
