I, for one, welcome our new ISP overlords.

I am happy to pay as much as they want to charge me to access only the websites they and their mass media owners believe I should see.

Any concern or doubt over this is basically communism, and goes against the teachings of our god-emperor Trump.

Lol

Fear mongering is real

capitalism came out on top. The free market will prevail. less government involvement is a good thing.

even if the NN repeal goes bad, it will make people do stuff in the real world that don't involve the internet. the horror

This has to be a troll. No sane person would think this is a good thing.

Explain to me how capitalism or doing more stuff in the real world is bad

It's sad to see how many people have been lapping up the fear mongering in the news, reddit, and other social media.

nah just enjoying people melting over something they can't control

now we get to find out if capitalism works this out now or if the fear mongering was right and everyone finds other stuff to do that doesn't include the internet.

It’s amazing how posters on a internet message board thinks that repealing NN is a good thing.

even more amazing that posters on an internet message board known for trolling 100% believe that the repealing of NN is a bad thing. that fear mongering played no role in their belief.

they believe there's no chance that capitalism and the free market sorts things out. no chance at all

I’m sure the cable companies execs, etc. have my best interests in mind when it comes to the free flow of digital information.

I don’t. However, this move was not supported by the majority of Americans- far from it. That matters.

You didn’t answer my previous question.
What is ending NN working out?
How is it going to improve the internet and my access to fast, affordable data?

Edit: not trolling, sincerely curious about your thoughts on why it’s a better way besides the usual free-market talking points.

Creating a competitive market to give more incentive for companies to improve your experience. Like getting Google fiber or its equivalent installed everywhere

Competition is kinda what capitalism is all about.

Making the world a better place by creating competition. The government gets to stop treating everyone equal because everyone isn't equal. It'll make people more money, create more jobs, etc
