On sale only 5 days ago baws

You can smell grandma's chocolate chip cookies emanating from this rocked-in old beauty

Walk to Dickson Street and to Razorback Stadium. Check out the street view and that tornado-resistant garage straight out of Norman Rockwell. Step outside with your Walt Kowalski lawn mower and get some yard work in while faintly hearing happy children play baseball down the street at Wilson Park. Walk your arse on up to the VA and get some blood work done. Hang out in the law school library for an hour, or don't. Take a bike ride to Baum and own you some Razorback baseball.

Is there a better place on earth than Fayetteville, Arkansas? There is not

Looks okay, but there's not nearly enough counter space in the kitchen.

Rented a house on Ila street with some fraternity brothers my junior and senior years on the Hill. Directly behind the Pi Beta Phi Sorority house. Loved the neighborhood and the ability to walk to class and Dickson St.

3-8-19 Fayetteville House of the Day

New build with old style craftsmanship. Done up right baws and guls! Probably not enough kitchen space for Evolved Simien, and that's good! We don't want him in Fayetteville anyway!

Stroll to Dickson Street and try all the beers that Jukin can name, and STAGGER home unscathed by the Fayetteville Police. Hell, stagger a block or so over to the Road Runner for some Little Debbies and Doritos on the way back. Just remember to stay under 2,200 calories!

Also making the list for 3-8-19!

Only 3/4 of a million dollars for this 1905 classic with an added two car garage apartment. Invite Kirby Smart over when UGA is in town and watch Kirby fawn over your wrap around old style southern porch as you serve him piping hot cathead biscuits with gravy and hear all of the inside dirt on Saban and Pruitt.

Step onto that same front porch during Christmas and take in the decorations in downtown Fayetteville.

Basically no yard to mow!

That is a nice house, but I'm not sure I want something quite that old.

Perhaps this one is more to your liking? It's down from its original listing at an even 1 million.

Friends of ours built the house, and it's really sweet. Not sure the pictures do it justice.

That house needs some work on the exterior. The windows, for one, obviously don't have the original muntin pattern.

That looks gorgeous. The only downside is that my mother really can't handle stairs anymore. But that is a steal at the price range.
