We only visit New Orleans during day time hours. Mostly the Riverwalk, Aquarium and also the Zoo.

oh come on. remember that Vehicle of Peace attack in Germany a while back? I wouldn't call anywhere in that country a "third world shithole." this isn't gangbangers or a carjacking gone wrong, clearly some unhinged person. could happen anywhere

The lady giving the press release, commissioner I think, she was in uniform but she said she had the demographics on everyone being treated and they were all local no tourists. I saw this on Savannah morning news around 7am. Not sure the time she addressed the press
