I love my State but......
When you live in other states you understand why we continue to loose good young people and business. In my generation N. O., was one of the great Cities in the World, now a shite hole

Do you know what a diaspora is? If not, look it up.
It happened to the largest population center in the state as a result of Katrina in 2005.
Two years later, LSU won a national championship, and 4 years after that made another appearance in the championship game.

I’d assume the population is decreasing due to the daily murders in BR/NOLA?
