I didn't like Seinfield either. After a couple of seasons each character's shtick became painfully predictable, as did the writing.
The best sitcom was All in the Family. Social commentary delivered in a humorous manner effects social change. That series changed America.

I'm a borderline millennial and don't watch a lot of sitcoms but BBT is terrible. I'd go with Always sunny as the best

Big Bang Theory is legitimately an awful show. It's basically the same two jokes over and over, but reworded. Lazy writing
