That's part of what we're figuring out here. Thoughts? This is an egalitarian effort, you determine its nature and your level of involvement compared to Pio's fascist top down hierarchical structure.

1. A 3 strikes rule implemented for team members whereby Lew would send at least 2 PM's before taking any corrective action, as slight as it may be.
2. Coordinated group posting in certain threads that need "help" on the main board.
3. Lew provides 10% discounted word carving services.
4. One free pron bomb for every 5,000 posts.
5. Kinder, gentler severe weather threads.
Pio and his Bunchie authoritarian pigs have ridden roughshod over this board for far too long. The people must take it back.

I'll help with grammar correction but full disclosure, my comma game is awful.

I had 2 threads ripe for him going last night (I kind of hijacked one), but he only showed up today.
