What counties are Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms in

Charleston County for both.
As for the OP, those two counties are about as white as it gets in SC. Allendale, Orangeburg, Bamberg, Marion and Williamsburg Counties are the heaviest African American counties I would imagine.

I go to Seattle all the time and you rarely see black people there. You see a lot of Chinese and Indians (dot variety) though.

McCormick County is probably worse. Other than the area around the lakes with the seperate School District it's as dark as Dark can get.I've got many family in the region. ( Clarks Hill, Troy, Parksville etc.)

Been near Calhoun Falls a few times with a friend of mine whose family owns some land out there. Beautiful country.
