I hired a new employee that started this past Monday. To get his userid, access to programs, get him in the company directory, get his W4 and payroll set up, etc. took me at least 25 hours this week and over 100 cases with our IT. Talk about a productivity killer. Why does something like this have to be so freaking hard?
