Is there anyway to directly contact another poster? I looked around and didn’t see anything. Flippant responses are welcome, they make chuckle.

For reals though, you can't.
Only thing I could suggest might be to follow someone here on Twitter or some other social media platform, and use that to slide into their DMs — that's what I do.
In fact, I'm constantly messaging TigerLunatik to get his take on the dramatic rise of crawfish prices. (He never answers me, for some reason.)

Best way is to search for a particular poster and chase them down in their replies.
