Why do I feel like you're coming to steal my soul in that picture.

Those eyes.

my wife uses the dumbest filters to take pictures. and she makes me smile bigger than is natural, but it always causes my eyes to do that. every dang time.

if i ever wanted to humiliate myself i'll post a wedding picture.

You can always give it a shot, but I'd recommend getting some good skates you can bake (heat and mold to your feet.) If you keep your blades sharp it might not be too bad.

Yeah I'm thinking I'll take it up as a hobby later this year once I feel confident in my ankle and have a little cash to drop on some good skates/equipment.

Baking skates is for suckers, unless you get your skates for free, it breaks them down twice as fast. And keeping your blades sharp has nothing to do with helping sore knees or improving your ability to play.

It rattles me a little bit that you think you play hockey. Although I'm glad you try to play.

I'm a little overprotective of the term hockey player because there are so many clowns that walk around telling people they play.

It's the last thing I say to a girl, usually don't even tell them, I hide it because I just think of all the clowns that use it to sound cool.

You have to start playing before age 8, preferably before 5 to ever have a chance to be able to play. Otherwise you're just a guy trying to skate around occasionally slapping the puck around.

I started playing guitar and banjo about 6 years ago, but I'll never call myself a musician because I'll never truly be one.
