They really are good pets unlike most rodents. Close to a ferret but without the smell, also litter trained. He likes to come out and hang with me at night and usually falls asleep in my lap or on my keyboard

That's awesome. It appears, unfortunately, that they are illegal to own in Georgia.

That is what everybody seems to be getting these days over the ENglish. I can see why. They seem to be less messy.

Just depends on who the breeder is, they haven't been domesticated for long (hence you have to feed them crickets and meal worms, but mine eats cat food so it's not bad at all). We got him from a lady who works for the ASPCA who took him in, whoever had him before though trained him well they just didn't have the time to take care of him. He has a happy home now though.

Dogless at the moment. My last one died a couple months ago. Getting a new pup this weekend though. Til then...no pics.but you can youtube my chickens.

Had 2 boxers. one died of lymphoma cancer at 4-1/2 yrs old and my other died a couple months ago of a brain tumor. Great dogs but not gonna get another.
