So what that doesn't mean he's greatest shooter Barry Gervin and many others aren't in books because no 3 pt line. He's a scorer yes but he's not a all time great shooter.

If you do you have no idea. I rather have those two take a shot before anyone in money time also and I hated both of them.

You are crazy or uninformed.
Mark Price was a great shooter but never gets credit for it and he's better than Allen.
Petrovich was better shooter than Curry also.
Mullin if sober all time would've been higher ranked by people.

You're buying into the new guy and uninformed of the past. As do most when ranking guys.
You list % etc as a mainstay. But to be a great shooter do it in championship situations multiple times.
I know you think Curry is their best player but he's not done a anything yet to become GOAT.
If he wins a ring/medal or gets to finals then we can seriously discuss top 5. He has the potential but he isn't there yet.

I don't think curry is a top 5 player. Of course not. He's barely top 15/20. But the amount of 3s he hits, at the percentage that he does, and the versatility of his shot, is enough to put him in the top 5 shooters of all time now and he will go down as the GOAT if he stays healthy
