What are your thoughts on plastic surgery? If you or someone you know had work done, are you/they glad you/they did it?

If they feel better about themselves I'm not sure it's my place to judge -- unless it gets to a point where it's an addiction. But if someone wants bigger boobs or a smaller nose, more power to them I suppose. It's not for me, though.

IBG had a rhinoplasty to better fit in to NYC. I think he's pretty happy with it.

I was lucky to have a badass surgeon perform several surgeries on my hand after a work accident. Suman K. Das... I'll never forget his name and the amount of time he spent taking to me while I was in the hospital.

The guy was the best of the best...immigrated from India as a surgeon, and the medical board, in their infinite wisdom, told him he could be a doctor but not a surgeon in the U.S. He went through school and residency a second time here in the U.S. to be a surgeon. Was head of the surgical department at a regional med center when I showed up at the ER with a mangled hand. That man saved my hand, and he joked that his real job was training surgeons who went on to be millionaire plastic surgeons, in the true sense of the term. To his credit, he finally went into private practice.

So, technically, I've been cut on by a "plastic surgeon." And the morphine pump was awesome, but coming down to Tylox sucked.

At the time, I was very satisfied with the (ahem) enhancements that my girlfriend had done while we were just out of college.

I'm here to tell you that having male enhancement surgery by anyone other than a trained plastic surgeon is just plain stupid.

Ex-wife (wife at the time) had a nose job. She was crazy, and I agreed to it thinking it would make her less crazy and self-conscious of her big Italian nose. It didn't. She was just as crazy. Apparently it wasn't the nose.

My current wife wants bolt-ons when we're done having kids. I told her we would discuss it. I've seen new middle-aged bewbs turn into divorces. I love my wife and trust her 100%, but I've seen a lot of men buy those things with another man being the beneficiary of them. frick that. Besides-she has a nice arse, and as a very world-wise man once told me: "Tits are for show. arse is for go."

No pics, frickers.

Fun fact, I grew up with a girl, and her father performed boob jobs on her and her sister. Is that not overly fricking strange or is it just me

That’s pretty fricked up.

But I guess they got a family discount.

Fake boobs are kind of cool.

During my junior year of high school there was a bolt-on epidemic at my school. In the course of one semester, 3 girls all went out and got the most obvious tit jobs they could find. I'm talking going from a -A cup to DD+.

That was a pretty cool experience.

God made some people ugly for a reason. They should shut the frick up and comply with his plan.

I don't see anything wrong with that. I always wanted to change the shape of my nose and I'm planning to make nose job soon.

There is nothing wrong with it as long as it does not become an ongoing process. A simple one time fix of an area that bothers you daily is not of anyone's concern.

Now, once it starts into multiple areas of surgery.....
