Opinion on a threatening spam email.

Should I contact the local police or just let it go? Of course, I don't believe a word of it but when someone says they've planted a bomb I kinda feel like people may need to be notified- even if it's some generic account that they can't trace. I don't know- what say you folks?

my local PD just sent out an alert about these. They wanted to be updated on them, FWIW. But it wont amount to anything

I mean, report it to the Cops if you really want to I guess but all that does is give them another number to report to the FBI or whoever will be investigating this to add to the total.

Report it to the cops if you have the time. As for it being real... if you have so much cash that a terrorist group would try to get money from you...

Pass it to the local authorities to warn the community.
There are so many scams and it takes 5 seconds for them to post on their Facebook about scams impacting their community.

I'm in DC and was at Union Station today and noticed a shite ton of police with dogs there today. Way, way more than usual. Maybe that had something to do with this as well.

Okay, it is not just about email threats and scams. There was a kid today in indiana that brought a weapon to school, shot at cops and then killed himself. I just finished watching our government officials blow off information about the clinton foundation. We have people who think they are oppressed when they have no clue of what that means.
