Been following them since before The Sing-Off. So glad they took off.

And yes. I love all of their shite.

Somebody That I Used to Know cover

I've listened to this about 50000 times in the past week or so.

Oh my, yes

Found that one about the same time I found the cover they did with Lindsey Stirling of "Radioactive"--I like the cover just as much (if not slightly better than) the original.

And I LOVE Imagine Dragons' original version

How I feel exactly. Have you seen their performances on the show? Their version of Kanye's "Love Lockdown" is just insane.

ETA: Actually, just here

All of their performances are that good. I don't think I ever heard a single sour note from them the entire competition. They obviously won it. But yeah. Phenomenal group.

If there is any justice in the music world, PTX will do a Super Bowl halftime someday. #WishfulThinking

But for real, I actually really enjoyed Bruno Mars at this last one, though.

Is the reason I put up with Lil Wayne in Mirror. He carries that song so hard.

I'm not one to hate on the state of modern music, but he really is a bright spot and somehow still an underrated talent.

And also a terrific performer. Never seen a bad show from him.

I've heard people compare him to Michael Jackson. Obviously no one will ever hit that level, but I've heard comparisons. I personally don't have any input since I admittedly haven't given Bruno much of a listen.

He's one of the few in that modern-day class of MJ mold, I'll readily concede that. Obviously a huge influence, but Mars also adds his own flair to it.

I never went out of my way to seek out his stuff, but it's usually solid. Maybe a little pop heavy for some tastes, but he has some unique layers to his offerings. Always a fun listen, IMO.
