Best BBQ I've had was in KC. Don't remember the name of the place, just remember it was the burnt ends option. Yum.

If you order REAL BBQ it's brisket. I don't really care what's goes on a sandwich; sandwiches aren't BBQ.

Was in KC in December, went to Gates. Not impressed honstly. Not bad, not great either.
