Yea I’ve really had the exact opposite experience of what I assumed or was told I was going to get when I moved here
Extremely friendly people, very inviting and not like they’re all walking around with rainbow flags yelling kill whitey
Of course as I’ve said maybe it’s because where I am or what I do.
But I am completely surprised by this and have enjoyed every single minute
Well except walking in the city when it’s 90 and humid in business casual or a suit that shite sucks. Guess it sucks anywhere but this is a walkable city unlike others I’ve lived in

West Virginia is the most racist hillbilliest disturbingest state in the country. Don't go and anyone that you meet from there tell them to move back to west virginia

I have encountered more racist people from Ohio and PA than West Virginia.

Regardless each side of 110th street are now gentrified
Manhattan as a whole is
Washington heights yea, but I have no reason to go there
